On Saturday, July 25, Norcross will open its doors to the community for an engaging event designed for both kids and adults. Enjoy music, hands-on crafts, wildlife photography activities, and the opportunity to learn about the exciting summer research projects led by Norcross’s talented interns.
We’ll close the day with a special moth observation experience in celebration of National Moth Week, an annual citizen-science event dedicated to observing, photographing, identifying, and documenting moths. Explore the moths of Massachusetts with special guest Adam Kohl, featuring light and sheet set ups that attract a variety of different moth species for observation. Come discover the amazing diversity of moths found in our region and enjoy a memorable evening connecting with nature!
