Geology of Flynt Quarry Walk

Saturday, November 2nd @ 10 AM – Geology of Flynt Quarry Walk at Flynt Quarry in Monson 

Join Opacum Director and geoarchaeologist, Al Smith, and learn about the history and geology of the Flynt Quarry. This moderate walk will cover approximately 2 miles and will include areas of uneven footing. Participants will also receive an informational booklet about the history of the quarry.  

The program is free, but RSVP is required as space is limited.
